We searched for vacation
property in the Windham area for years with no success.
Then we saw an e-mail from Lake & mountain Realty and
we met Patti Meyers before then, we never heard of Sleepy
Hollow Lake.Patti and Vicki were wonderful to work with.
They took us out to look at property and some houses, we
then decided to rent to see how we like the lake. We continued
going back and forth for a year. Patti and Vicki were patient,
never pushy, very knowledgeable and always personable.They
always listened to what we were looking for. I mentioned
that we always dreamed of building a Log Home. So, whenever
one came on the market they emailed us. Thank You, Thank
You Patti and Vicki we look forward to our weekends at the
lake and We Love Our Log Home.

Dear Pattie Meyers:
It was a fortuitous event when I contacted you on the internet
for the first time a little more than 18 months ago. At
the time, Cathy, my wife, and I were intent in buying our
upstate vacation home. The previous summer we spent a number
of days with a realtor in the Lake George region, but we
could not find the affordable lale community that we both
loved. Sleepy Hollow Lake jumped off the screen at both
of us, so we decided to take the grand Lake and Mountain
tour. Of course, you took us on the Lake first for a fact
seeking and relaxing cruise to nowhere and every where on
the lake. You showed us the lodge, the ramps, the parks,
and the lake homes from the water. The utter beauty of the
entire boating experience made us both feel at home, making
us realize that Sleepy Hollow could be our home as well.
Upon subsequent visits, you took us to approximately 20
homes, and we could still not make up our mind. Your "no
pressure" professionalism made it easy to talk to you
about what we wanted, and you became our friend. We felt
you were watching out for our best interest as prospective
buyers, and more importantly, as future neighbors.
After six visits, my wife and I shifted gears from homes
to land that we may build our home on. You gave us your
undivided advice and guidance as well, helping us find two
dream plots of land that will suite our family's needs in
the future. Your patience and support again made it so easy
to trust your expertise and outright concern for our happiness
and for our future building goals. Your genuineness as a
realtor and friend will never be forgotten by this middle-aged
couple from Long Island, who hope to see you more often
on holidays, at church, at community meetings and functions,
or just plain swimming next to your float on a hot July
afternoon on the lake. Thanks ever so much for everything
you have done for Cathy and I to make our last decades truly
"golden" ones.

We really enjoyed working
with Vicki. She helped us find a beautiful piece of paradise
in the mountains. I had called her asking about another
piece of property and she informed me of a new neighborhood
about to go on the market. We currently live in Texas and
found with Vicki's assistance, it was effortless being so
far away. We had questions and concerns and she quickly

I interviewed several realtors
when I needed to sell my home a few months ago. Lake and
Mountain were overwhelmingly the most knowledgeable, enthusiastic,
and professional agents in the area. I was impressed during
my first meeting with them, and even more so after my home
sold just a few weeks later. The experience went better

We could not be
more pleased with the outstanding personal and professional
service we received form Lake and Mountain Realty. After
Vicki completed her comprehensive analysis of our home and
local market, we were surprised by the suggested listing
price. We were more surprised after we sold the Sleepy Hollow
home after just 8 days on the market, for $21,000 more than
